• Orders cannot be opened prior to delivery.
  • All shipments must be paid in full and if any issues arise, a refund or exchange request submitted.

Refund/Exchange Process: (Not available during SALE)

  • To request a return or exchange, your item must be unworn and in the same condition as received with full packaging and accessories.
  • A request for return or exchange: through Instagram DM after receiving the order immediately.
  •  Items must be shipped back to us, to be reviewed by our returns team.
  •  Items are processed and a final confirmation sent to you whether the return is approved or rejected.
  • You are responsible for paying return shipping to us and in the event of a cash refund or the item being returned to you due to rejection, you will be responsible for the shipping fees as well.
